The prints for sale are taken from my original paintings which are of acrylic on canvas. They are a representation of my overall philosophy of life and it has taken years of life-experiences, some good, some not so good, to arrive at this point. My work could be classed as Spiritual, but the overwhelming purpose is to provide a sense of peace, calm, and healing. My work is influenced by Angels, Fairies, Reiki, and the beauty of nature and people. As soon as I start painting, I bless each piece with Reiki and ask the Angels to inspire me. My ideas usually start with dreams, visions, and Angelic messages. As I paint, I lose track of time, as I am ‘in the moment’- the painting then becomes very organic and flowing. Through my prints, I trust I will bring you joy and peace.

All prints are Fine Art Giclee Prints using a Professional Printing company. They come in 2 sizes- the largest of which is close to the size of my original canvas. The smaller of the 2 sizes is nearer to an A4 size. Please state which size you require, A3 or A4.
SOUL MATES

This print is of one of my first paintings and is of a slightly different style to my later work. I wanted to express the tenderness and trust between two people. The girl is balanced on a fence and the two lovers are embracing each other closely, so there is a feeling of unity and protection from them both. The girl is vulnerable as she is only wrapped in a sheet, but there is an element of complete trust.
The background is inspired by the Austrian artist Gustav Klimt. It is highly decorative and quite complicated, contrasting with the calmness of the figures. Forget-Me-Nots fall from the girl’s hair, a symbol that maybe their love will transcend time.
FAIRY SLIPPERS
This print is the first of what will be a series of paintings on Fairies and the Elementals. It was inspired by a lady I shall call Joy, who was a patient at my local hospice, where I am a volunteer Reiki Practitioner. Joy and I had a strong connection, as we both loved Fairies and she had created a special Fairy Garden at the bottom of her beautiful garden when she was fit and well.
Joy was a very talented lady and an amazing artist. Her illness meant she was no longer able to produce her intricate and detailed pieces of art, and she had become increasingly frustrated with herself. One day, she brought in a collection of Fairy objects which she had created. As well as a beautiful handmade fairy book, she showed everyone some exquisite tiny Fairy Slippers which she had crafted from beautiful textiles, beads and embroidery- everyone was amazed at her imagination and dexterity!
This painting was created for Joy, to show her how her Fairies could live on and not remain hidden and forgotten. As you can see, the Fairy is wearing Joy’s beautiful slippers. Joy really loved the painting, and I gave her a copy of it, to show her how inspiring she was to me, and I trust to other people who will enjoy looking at it.
TRANSITION
The Angel is the ‘Gatekeeper Angel’. Her wings are represented by the rainbow colours resting on her back. Some people see Angel Wings composed of white feathers, other people see wings as energy, which can be white or coloured – I see both. The ‘Gatekeeper Angel’ is guiding the souls towards the light. You can see the remains of the silver chord by which they were attached to their human body. Other souls are returning to earth to be born- the Angel is guiding them on their path, she has a look of serenity. Her dress is pink to represent pure love. She is ensuring that our journey into the next life is gentle and beautiful.
THE GIFT
The Angel is bringing ‘A Gift’- a baby. To me, this is the most wonderful experience any woman can experience – a miracle. I painted this when my own daughter was pregnant and I could mainly see the colour pink in my mind. She went on to have a beautiful little girl. Through this painting , I have tried to express the wonderful mystery and creation of life.
SPIRITUAL AWAKENING
Parts of this painting were inspired by dreams. I think it shows that there is a ‘bigger picture’ to life. All isn’t as it seems. The Universe is huge, with endless possibilities and experiences. Archangel Haniel influenced this painting and she is represented here wearing a turquoise dress- I don’t always depict my Angels with wings. The dove plays an important part and represents Spirituality and Spiritual Awakening. The Universe is a magical place, we can play a small role in it by becoming open to the Universal Energy of Love And Light.
THE JOURNEY
The woods in the background of this painting, are situated a few miles from where I live. Every time I drive past them I have the feeling that they are ancient and hold many secrets. Other people have told me they feel the same about this alluring place.
The lady is riding a Unicorn – they are moving quickly through the forest and this represents the Spiritual Journey that many of us are going through.The woman is focussed on the path ahead and is enjoying the ride.
SNOW ANGEL
Angels watch over us and also protect the natural world. I wanted this painting to depict the softness and the cold beauty of the snow. The Angel is impervious to the cold, her wings wrap around her to protect her. She is gazing at the beauty of the snowdrops – the first flowers to struggle to reach the sun after a harsh winter. The Snow Angel is showing us that although life is a struggle at times, there is always new hope and optimism if we take the time to just stop, and be still.
INTO THE LIGHT
I trust that this painting will give you a sense of calm and peace. The girl is making her way through a sea of bluebells in a wood. She is moving slowly towards a golden light. When I showed this to a lady at my local hospice, I was concerned that it might make her feel anxious, but I needn’t have worried because she picked up on the message straight away, she said, ‘It gives you a lovely feeling of peace’ – which is just what I wanted it to do.
GUARDIAN ANGEL
We all have a Guardian Angel. Only a few people can actually see them as they have a very fine vibrational energy – too high for most of us to be able to recognise. Some people are able to receive messages from the Angels through meditations, visions, dreams and many other ways because they are open to the different ways in which Angels communicate. White feathers are the calling cards from Angels. You can be sure that your Guardian Angel is there with you. I am inclined to think that this Angel is Archangel Michael- as he is the protector and is wearing blue – but you might see another Angel.
SOUL PAINTING
This is an original acrylic painting on canvas with painted edges. It is a painting that represents the essence of me, my Soul. I have included it as an example and it is not for sale.
